|
|
Responsibilities:
· Monitor, analyze and prepare reports on Corporate Strategies and Divisional, Group and Departmental targets to provide top management with accurate and timely information that will aid in forecasting and decision-making.
· Assist the Administration and Corporate Planning Group/Division Head in the development of mid-term business strategies, assumptions and critical success factors.
· Coordinate with all NMPI units in the development and performance monitoring of mid-term and short-term business plans.
· Implement programs and activities that support NMPI’s attainment of its Vision, Mission, Core Values and Corporate Strategies.
· Evaluates the impact of external factors to NMPI operations, such as political and economic events, automotive industry updates and related government regulations.

· Ensure dealer compliance to the company's sales policies and direction

PURCHASING SECTION HEAD |
|
Responsibilities:
· Supervise, review and approve the sourcing, procurement and development of production and non-production parts and other services as required by each NMPI group.
· Ensure that all parts and requested services are delivered to production and end user on time, with the right quality and at the least possible cost.
· Meet the necessary requirements for NMPI's importation and exportation activities; for importing materials at the least cost and for ensuring the timely delivery of import products; for exporting products that generates foreign exchange credits needed to back up NMPI's import requirements.
· Responsible for assuring that parts, materials and product specifications meet NMPI and customer requirements.

LIAISON OFFICER |
|
Responsibilities:
· Provide dealers the necessary requirements for all motor vehicles that are sold to customers
· Secures documents for all vehicles invoiced to the dealers, provides certificate of stock reported and assembly reports to the dealers and ensures open communications with certain government agencies such as Land Transportation Office (LTO) and Anti-Carnap Task Force (Ancar)
· Register all company vehicles

· Minimum of six month experience in clerical work and familiarity with LTO procedures

· Perform Compliance audit on Customer Satisfaction Standard (Dealers, Dealer CRD and NMPI Officers); prepares related reports and recommendations Administers Reward and Penalty Programs

· Provide support to the dealers in the execution of plans and programs related to Service functions

· Evaluate and ensure dealer compliance to the different Service standards set by the company

|

· BS Accountancy Graduate from a reputable school and with good scholastic record
